Orders are delivered only to the provided address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
FreshWater is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or services.
Orders can be cancelled before delivery.
Since payments are made in cash upon delivery, no online refunds are required.
If an order is cancelled before delivery, you simply will not be charged.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Odisha.
