Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
By making an online payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use.
Orders are delivered only to the provided address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Orders can be cancelled before delivery. Since payment is made in cash upon delivery, no refund is required — you simply will not be charged.
Online Payment Orders:
If an online payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact us with your payment reference ID.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
FreshWater is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Odisha.
